1. What Pass is

Admitad Pass is a page a creator sends their audience to: the links they already have, and the things they intend to sell, on one address. It is built with Mitgo, the group behind Admitad.

Today nothing on Pass can be bought. Offers can be listed and priced, and people can say they want one, but no payment is taken, no payment details are collected, and nothing is reserved or owed in either direction. Buying opens only when a payment partner is in place, and these terms are replaced before that happens.

The company that will contract with you is being incorporated. Until it is, Pass runs as a closed beta and this page is a statement of how it works, not an agreement with a named legal entity.

2. Your account

One account per email address. There is no password: signing in means receiving a link that works once, expires in fifteen minutes, and only in the browser that asked for it. Keep access to your mailbox — it is the credential.

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. It removes your page, your offers, your links and everything you follow or marked as wanted. We keep no copy.

3. Your page

Your page lives at an address of your choosing on this domain. That address is yours while you hold it; if you change it, the old one keeps redirecting to the new one and is never given to anybody else.

What must not appear on a page:

• anything unlawful where you are or where we operate;
• anything that is not yours to publish — other people's work, likeness or trade marks without their permission;
• adult material, gambling, and regulated or licensed activity. These are closed for the beta without exception;
• links or files that mislead people about where they lead or what they are, including anything that collects credentials;
• impersonation of a person, a company, or of Admitad, Mitgo or Pass themselves.

Pages are looked at by a person. If yours breaks the list above we stop serving it and tell you why. Nothing of yours is deleted when that happens, and it goes back up if the reason turns out to be wrong or is put right.

4. What you upload

Your pictures and text stay yours. By putting them on your page you allow us to store them and show them to whoever opens it — that is all the permission we take, and it ends when you remove them or delete your account. You are telling us the material is yours to publish.

5. Offers, and saying you want one

A creator can list what they intend to sell and set a price. A signed-in visitor can mark an offer to say they want it, optionally with a message.

That mark is a bookmark and a signal, and nothing else. It is not a purchase, an order, a reservation, a queue position or a promise by anyone. No money changes hands, no obligation is created, and either side can undo it at any time. The one thing it does mean is that we will write to the person who marked it, once, on the day the offer can actually be bought.

Where a creator shows a target, it counts things sold. It never shows an amount of money moving toward an object, and it carries no deadline.

6. What happens when buying opens

Pass will sell digital goods of its own, delivered immediately. A payment partner acting as merchant of record will be the seller on the receipt and carries the indirect taxes. Creators are paid a revenue share on sales they generate — that is an obligation of Pass out of its own revenue, not money of a buyer's being held for, collected for or passed on to anybody.

None of that is live. When it is, you will be asked to agree to terms that describe it properly, with the operating company named.

7. Mail we send

Sign-in links, when you ask for one. A note to a creator when somebody follows them or wants one of their offers. A note to a supporter when something they marked can be bought. Each of those can be switched off in settings, except the sign-in link, which is how you get in. We do not send newsletters and we do not sell or hand your address to anyone.

8. Ending it

You can leave at any time by deleting your account. We can close an account that breaks section 3, and will say why. Because nothing is sold and nothing is charged, neither of us owes the other anything on the way out.

9. Changes, and reaching us

This page will change — the product is being built. Anything that affects what you already have is announced by mail before it applies.
